My Locus :

My Locus of Control scores reflected a very
high belief of internal control. I consider this an accurate reflection of my personality
at work and in other life situations. I perceive most individuals success and
achievements as a result of drive, perseverance and determination, rather than luck and
happenstance.
My Lifo :
I was unsure as to the accuracy of my LIFO scores, so I
performed the analysis more than once. I still question how accurate of a reflection LIFO
is of my true personality, especially due to its analysis of very generalized situations.
I think it is easy to perceive your own behaviors differently than they may be received
and perceived by others under a variety of situations, environments and conditions. My
overall LIFO results showed that I am Conserving/Holding in most situations, and under
stress or conflict my highest score remains within Conserving/Holding. However, under
normal situations my scores showed a secondary nature of Controlling/Taking, which under
stress receded and was replaced secondarily by a more Adapting / Dealing nature. My lowest
score under normal conditions is Adapting/Dealing, and under stress or conflict my lowest
score is Supporting/Giving.
