Education : BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnich Institute graduated May 1999. Currentlly taking my first class at RPI.

Ocupation : Site Foreman at Cherenzia Excavation.

Hobbies/Interests :Racing, Having fun with friends & Family, boating, fishing, Basically being outside doing something productive.

Other : Learning about business is very important to me because I am currently climbing the ladder in my fathers' business. I plan to bring in new and fresh ideas to make the business grow and prosper. If you do not implement change into a growing company then that company will not be successfull and thats where I hope to make a difference. So I look into the future and see a lot of new things that must be done and I hope that my studies at RPI will give me more that will benefit the company.

 

My Locus :

 

My locus of control states that I believe that myself and others make me who I am and that I do not believe in chance.  This is the truth I do think that your fate is in your own hands and that people have an effect on my life.  Chance is for gambleres and I have never been much of a gambler.

 

My Lifo :

 

This LIFO graph states that I am contolling/taking and a supporting/giving person when things are going well and when things get tough I become more controlling and loose my support.  My performance in this class proved that my supporting/giving was higher.  Outside of the class I believe that I am really a little bit of both because durring my short time of being in charge I have found that not only do I give orders I am always asking if there is anything more I can do.
