My Locus :
Locus analysis indicates that my locus of
control is internal. I also believe in other people playing a role in what happens to me.
I guess I have been exposed to parental behaviors that foster independence and a belief in
being able to manage myself in order to predictably achieve desired outcomes.
The analysis also indicates that I don't
believe in chance. This is true with my work, but I do believe in chance to a certain
extent.
My Lifo :
Lifo analysis shows that I am
Conserving/Holding while everything is going well and Controlling/Taking when I am under
stress. This is very true in my case. My wife thinks I am Controlling both ways!
I found the Lifo assessment difficult because I tend to
answer the way I want to be perceived rather than I am actually perceived, which is true
with most people filling out surveys.
