My Locus :

My locus of control indicates an internal locus of control. I do believe that I am directly responsible for how my unit runs, projects unfold, etc. I have always believed that the amount of input that I give to a project has a direct correlation with the end result. While I do concede that there are many external factors influencing our work, as individuals, we retain the greatest amount of control.

My Lifo :

I found the LIFO scores to be extremely reflective of my personality. When things are going well I vacillate between Supporting/Giving and Adapting/Dealing. In working on the DSO group project I was able to agree with decisions made in the group and felt positive about those decisions.

Under the conditions of Stress or Conflict, once again I tend towards the realm of Supporting/Giving, however, I do increase in the Controlling and Conserving areas. We didn’t really experience any great stress or conflict during our group meetings, therefore, I didn’t feel any strong pull towards these personality styles.
