My Locus of Control scores reflected a very high belief of internal control. This is an accurate reflection of my personality at work and in other life situations. My success and achievements are a result of drive, perseverance and determination and are not dependent luck or others' or factors out of my control.

My overall LIFO results showed that I am Controling Taking in most situations, and under stress or conflict my highest score remains within Conserving/Holding.  I believe these to be accurate assessments.  Conditions in which I encounter under stress, I do not make assumptions and rely on a rational approach.   Conversly, under situations when there is no stress and things are going well, I trust the face value and defend the rights of others.
